larry – Cute, indeed. I’d love having one in the backyard, but it doesn’t exactly fit the local ecology, does it?

I was wondering what that was-very cute-a Red Panda-cool.-It does look a little bit like a fox.

mary – he’s adorable, no argument.

kathie – I’d say “just passing through” but it’s not like I’d let him leave. But he’s a new yorker, so we’ll just have to visit next time we’re back east.

Mary – s/he is adorable and very, very photogenic.

Robin – as sandpiper guessed, it’s a red panda.

anna – welcome, and thank you!

mary – doesn’t he look like he’d be warm and fuzzy to snuggle up with?

    sandpiper – mine, too. :)

That is the cutest little thing. What kind of critter is this? I can’t quite figure it out. Part of me thinks it’s a fox kit, but then I think it could be something else. Cute no matter what!

Welcome!

I blog here as Wren, and take the Carolina Wren as my totem and namesake.

Wrens are bright, cheerful, faithful little birds. I only hope I can be the same, contribute to bettering this world of ours, and brighten your day when you visit.

Thank you for being here, for commenting, for helping to build a strong community of nature lovers, and for doing so much for nature, for wildlife, and for people in the "real" world.
