In addition to the pictured birds (flicker, female scarlet tanager, cedar waxwing), I saw 7 robins, 5 starlings, 2 additional flickers, a goldfinch, a common yellowthroat, 2 mourning doves, 4 song sparrows, 2 house sparrows, a chipping sparrow, a barn swallow, 2 more cedar waxwings, a male and a female cardinal, and {drum roll} a first for this location , a house wren. Yes, at last, a real, live wren at Wrenaissance.

Oh, yeah, Mary – no doubt about it.

Yeah! A wren for Wren! Cool! Worth waiting for, wasn’t it?

That’s a very impressive list, for sure. And a wren – !

Thanks, Klaus. I like it more and more the longer I’m here, and I’m seeing more and more birds as well.

Uh – that is quite a neighborhood!
Wonderful shots and great light, too!
Cheers, Klaus
