On our way home from girls’ weekend out, BFF Judy and I stopped at a cider mill in a nearby town. It was a spur of the moment decision. After sampling the pumpkin doughnuts, sipping the cider, and watching the kids and animals having a great time, it’s a decision we’re glad we made.
The mill was decorated for Halloween, including the character above. I’ll have more pictures to share, but this one at least gives you a glimpse into this part of my world. Please visit “That’s my World” for a look at other great places of the Earth.

What’s funny is that we were looking for a different cider mill, and just stumbled across this one. Who says getting lost can’t be fun?
What a fun photo! Makes me want to visit your part of the world!
What a fun place. I love the hay dude. This time of year is great for the fun of the simple pleasures. Thanks for this.
Thanks for visiting!
Wow.. that is such a cute photo!
Really enjoyed. Thanks for sharing.
Looks like an interesting place, I enjoyed the hay dude!
It was, indeed, great fun. I had no idea when I was taking the pictures that the hay-bale guy would turn out so well.
What a terrific use of hay bales for the season! Looking forward to more pics.
I’m still smiling… funny post & now I’m craving pumpkin doughnuts!
What a nice picture of the hay bale. I’ve seen those a lot around here! Glad you made the decision of stopping by there.
Looks like really funny time:)

Cool picture. We must be thinking alike. I posted some pictures from one of our local fruit farms where they serve the cider and donuts and apple fritters, yum yum. Hope you check it out.
LOL. I had to laugh when I saw that picture. That is neat.
That must have been such an experience seeing a figure made of hay bales! Great!
Thanks for the visit! Yes it was a magpie!
That guy looks more cute than scary. I could go for one of those pumpkin donuts. Maybe I’ll tag along with you and ‘the girls’ next time. ;-}
The hay creature is funny.
