I blog here as Wren, taking the Carolina Wren as my namesake, avatar, and totem.
Wrens are bright and cheerful little birds. I hope I can be the same and brighten your day when you visit. I'm proud to call myself a nature lover and tree hugger, and hope that sharing here will contribute to bettering this world of ours and inspiring a love of nature in my visitors.
Thank you for being here, for commenting, for helping to build a strong community of nature lovers, and for doing so much for nature, for wildlife, and for people in the "real" world.

Mary – usually when it’s misty outside, there’s not enough light for a good photo. With this being inside, the atmosphere was right but the sunshine could still get in.
Beautiful shots! I’ve tried to capture the mist on our pond, but haven’t succeeded yet.
Mark, thanks – I’m liking WordPress a lot, and this theme even more. It’s not nearly as complicated as I’d been led to believe
Robert – LOL, you have my vote.
Michele, so glad to hear from you and am even gladder to hear you’re getting better.
Klaus – No ice cream, though I did some have lovely aqua fresca in the garden cafe just before we went out.
Cool – I bet you were slurping ice cream, while taking the shots, huh?
Cheers, Klaus
We are getting much needed of the first here in our valleys of the mountains while up on the top, snow falls so I imagine you will find the third. =)
Beautiful photographs.
Making small steps into the blogosphere and wanted to say thanks for dropping by during my time when I wasn’t feeling well… I appreciate it.

I’m a Florida hydrologist: I approve of this message!
BTW, we’re getting plenty of “the first form” right now as I type, with a slight tropical twist
Wow, nice redecorating job with the blog! I like it.
Me, either!
Very nice. I’m glad the third form is missing. I’m not ready for ice yet!
