We saw many great birds, but I didn’t take any great bird photos. I have a few snapshots to share, however, and where better to start than with a singing marsh wren?

Great shot! Those little guys are hard to capture in a photo.
I have a whole series of them, this is the best of the lot. I don’t know why they always stand behind a reed.

Yes, he was singing up a storm, which is how we located him. Great little guy to see, and a lifer for me, too.
