I remember the first one because it was a similar situation where they tore down a building that was too expensive to renovate at UNC and are planting grass for now. You had mentioned that was happening on this campus too. I hope the area will end up being a pretty green spot when they finish getting it all up as you are showing is happening here with the one at this campus.

Not only that, there’s now a big hole in the ground where they are removing the foundation. You can see in this photo because of the fence.
