My World: Fairbanks, Alaska

At the other end of our train ride was a bus, and at the end of our bus ride was a hotel in Fairbanks, looking like a rustic log cabin and situated on the banks of a small river. We were greeted by a pair  of moose at the entrance.

As my non-birdy friends would say, “You had to go all the way to France to see ducks?”
No, but since I was there ….
They speak a universal language even I can translate. “Quack” means “feed me!”
